Introduction
Not your typical traditional Chile Verde but very close! Just healthier and more greens are added then usual! I've been making this for years! Ingredients

Slow Cooker
2 lbs Beef Chuck
3 Whole Green Bell Peppers
1 Whole Yellow Bell Peppers
2 Jalapeno Peppers
2 Tomatillos
4 Tbls of Fresh Cilantro
1 Cup of Chopped Green Onions
4 White or Red Onions
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbls Seasoned Salt
2 Tbls Garlic Powder
2 Tbls Pepper
3 cups of chopped potatoes (Optional)
Eat with tortillas (Optional)
Directions
Boil all peppers and tomatillos in a pot for 10 minutes until soft.
Cut beef chuck into 1 inch squares (Or smaller)
Cook over stove with garlic powder and pepper.
Blend garlic cloves and salt and everything in pot until well blended.
Cut all Onions and cilantro and add to slow cooker.
Add blended items to slow cooker.
(Optional) Add the potatoes
Add Beef to slow cooker and cook on high for 4-6 hours or until beef melts in your mouth.
My husband likes cheese on top of his. (Optional)
I allow myself to have 1 tortilla with this meal and a full glass of water afterwards! ;-)
