Ingredients

    2 packages shiratake tofu noodles
    1/2 cup shelled edamame soy beans
    1/2 package great value stir fry veggies (1/2 bag)
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tbps low sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp garic chili paste
    1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tsp minced garlic
    8 oz chopped cooked chicken breast

Directions

drain noodles, rinse well, and pat dry eliminating all moisture. combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Cut up noodles so they will incorporate well.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings approx 1 cup ea
