    1 box Jiffy Corn Mix
    1 egg
    1.3 cup 1% milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease muffin pans or paper baking cups
Blend ingredients. Let batter sit for 3 or 4 minutes and re-stir
Fill muffin cups half-full
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown
