Ingredients

    1 Sam's frozen cod fillet (3 oz)
    2 T Sam's chunky salsa
    1 T butter
    dash salt
    dash pepper
    sprinkle of fish rub
    1/2 lemon

Directions

Preheat skillet and melt butter. Season cod with salt, pepper and fish rub. Brown fish on both sides, and squeeze lemon juice on both sides. Top with salsa and cook covered on medium until done.

Serving Size: 1 3oz piece of fish
