Ingredients

    *All the Whey Fat-Free Whey Protein Isolate Chocolate, .25 oz
    Egg white, 2 serving
    *Gerber Graduates Apple Cinnamon Puffs, 0.75 cup
    *freeze dried strawberries, .25 cup
    *Great Value Sugar Free Apple Cinnamon instant Oatmeal, .25 packet
    *walden farms chocolate syrup 1 tbsp
    * artificial or stevea sweetener to taste
    * dash of cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions

preheat oven to 350

use a cupcake pan and place three cup cake paper cups in, fill the rest half full of water and spray with pam, set aside

mix/ whisk with a fork chocolate syrup, whey, egg for about a minute or until evenly blended. set aside

mix in larger bowl the puffs, strawberries, spices, sweetener, and oatmeal (make sure the packet is shaken up before measuring out the oatmeal to get even mix)

and in the liquid mix and stir.

evenly put the mix in the three cups with to cup cake paper holds

cook for 15 minutes to 20

let cool and enjoy
