Introduction

Just a nice little side dish. Especially good with mexican food and/or for a summer picnic. Just a nice little side dish. Especially good with mexican food and/or for a summer picnic.

Ingredients

    2 cups chopped mango
    2 cups chopped jicama
    juice of 1 lime
    1 tbsp chili powder
    2 tsp sugar

Directions

Chop up the Mango and Jicama, squeeze lime juice over the top, sprinkle with sugar and chili powder and toss to coat.

Serving Size: about 1 cup serving
