Introduction

Ingredients

    cooked Beans, black, 2 cup
    cooked White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Sweet peppers (bell), .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    *lizano salsa, 2 tbsp

Directions

saute the onions and peppers in oil 2-3 min, add garlic saute anoter 30 seconds, add beans (with some of the water they were cooked in) and rice and stir fry 5 min until hot. Add salsa last minute or so.

Note lizano salsa is not easy to find in the US, it is somewhat sweet. Found it at a local market the other day and had to make this! A quick web search did find the ingrediet available on Amazon.
