Ingredients

    3 pounds sliced peeled peaches (about 6 cups)
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 tablespoon turbinado sugar
    1 teaspoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
    2 tbsp turbinado sugar
    1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons chilled stick margarine, cut into small pieces
    1/3 cup fat-free plain soymilk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir gently.
Spoon into a 9-inch square baking pan.
Combine flours through salt in a medium bowl.
Cut in margarine with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles peas.
Add soymilk, stirring just until moist.
Drop dough onto fruit mixture to form 9 mounds.
Bake for 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
