Introduction

Like a cobbler, but more like a pudding cake, I lightened it up with egg substitute and nonfat milk. Nutrition info is for apricots. Ingredients

    3 cups fruit (cherries, grapes, berries, peaches, apricots, pears or apples)
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 tbsp sugar
    1/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup egg substitute or 3 eggs
    1/2 cup flour
    2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a large pie plate of baking dish with cooking spray
Place fruit in bottoms of pan and sprinkle with the 1 tbsp sugar.
Mix remaining ingredients in blender and pour over fruit and bake 30 minutes. Serve warm.
