Introduction

Ingredients

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup flour
3 Tbsp of canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup of egg substitue or 2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup of drippy peanut butter
.50 serving mini peanut butter cups (16 cups)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a small bowl wisk together cocoa powder, baking powder and flour, set aside.
In a large bowl using a wisk combine oil and sugar. Add the egg substitute and vanilla and wisk until blended. Gently mix in the flour mixture and transfer batter to the pan. Drizzle peanut butter into pan and swirl with a toothpick and then poke in 16 peanut butter cups.
Bake 13 to 15 minutes, taking care not to over bake. A toothpick inserted into center should not be completely dry. A few moist crumbs on the pick means you will have fudgy vbrownies.
