Introduction

These are delicious and are an amazing substitute for a slice of peanut pie, packed with fat and sugar These are delicious and are an amazing substitute for a slice of peanut pie, packed with fat and sugar

Ingredients

    1 cup Cool Whip Lite (frozen or else you'll have a mess)
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    8 sheets Chocolate (or Honey) Graham Crackers (divide into 2 crackers)
    2 tbl. Reduced Fat Peanut Butter


Directions

Mix cool whip (frozen), vanilla and peanut butter in bowl
Lay out piece of plastic wrap roughly 5"x10" and place one half of a graham sheet in the center
Spoon roughly 1 tablespoon of mixture onto graham, and place other half on top being careful not to press down
Wrap neatly in plastic wrap being sure to cover all sides and let set in freezer until they are of desired firmness
