My grandmas recipe for Fridays in Lent

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound (454gm) Macaroni, dry, enriched
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    1/2 large green Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Canadian

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed. Drain. While macaroni is draining melt margarine in same cooking pot. Cook onion and pepper in margarine on medium high until onion becomes transparent. Add tomatoes. Heat until boiling. Add macaroni. Stir and let sit a couple of minutes before eating to make sure macaroni absorbs all juices.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 1-1/2 cup servings
