Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans, rinsed well
    4 cups frozen Yellow Sweet Corn, defrosted
    1 clove Garlic, minced
    1 small Onion, chopped
    1 small Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    1 tbsp Lime Juice
    1 fresh Jalapeno Pepper, chopped (optional)
    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, rinsed well

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Serve with tortilla chips.
