    1 jar Knudsens Natural cranberry sauce
    1 can pineapple chunks in juice, no sugar
    1 can peach slices in juice, no sugar
    1 oz chia seed
    3 scoops Designer whey protein, natural
    1 tbsp. orange flavored fiber suppliment
    3 cup water

Directions

blend all but water till smooth. add water. mix well. chill. will thicken as it chills.
