Directions
1.) Slice polenta into thin rounds and layer on the bottom a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
2.) In seperate pan cook sausage until done.
3.) Layer sausage on top of polenta and then add marinara and mozzerella.
4.) Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
