    3/4 cup cooked, shelled edamame

6 ounces dry Al Dente Spicy Sesame Linguini

    2 T low-sodium soy sauce

    2 T rice wine vinegar

    1.5 tsp dry wasabi powder

    1 T sesame oil

    1 tsp grated ginger

    1 tsp minced garlic

    1 tsp chopped cilantro, optional

1 tsp black sesame seeds, optional

(Make vinaigrette before cooking pasta so it can be immediately added once pasta is ready.)

Make the vinaigrette by whisking together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and wasabi powder. Add ginger, garlic, and cilantro and black sesame seeds, if desired.

Bring large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and cook 3 minutes (do not overcook). Drain and toss in bowl with 1 T sesame oil. Add edadame.
