Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Soya Milk 3/4-1 cup
    Salt-1/4 tsp or to taste
    Corn Starch 1/4 cup or about 2 Tbsp
    Vegetable Broth about 2 cups
    Note: I use the broth from the vegetables I'm adding the sauce to--eg cauliflower, broccoli, etc (it changes the colour somewhat but if white is desired just use water)

Directions

Wisk soya milk, cornstarch & salt together
Add some of the broth
Slowly bring to a boil whisking constantly
Add broth as required
Cook for about 5 minutes or until no taste of cornstarch remains and mixture is desired thickness
Pour over cooked vegetables

Serving Size: Makes enough sauce to cover veggies for 4
