Ingredients

    CRUST:
    1-1/2 cups Quick oats, uncooked
    1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 cup butter, melted

    FILLING:
    2 8oz pkg. cream cheese, fat freem, softened
    1/2 cup granulated sugar or splenda
    1TB lemon juice
    3 eggs or 3 eggs and 1 egg white
    1 cup dairy sour cream, fat free

    TOPPING:
    1 cup dairy sour cream, fat free
    2 TB granulated sugar or splenda
    1-2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

8 servings

For Crust:
Combine all the ingredients, mix well. Firmly press onto bottom and sides of ungresed 9 inch springform pan, about 1-1/2 inches high. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees about 18 minutes or until golden brown.

For Filling:
Combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in sour cream. Pour into prepared crust. Bake in preheated moderate oven,350 degrees, about 50 minutes.

For Topping:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread over baked cheesecake. Continue baking in moderate over, 350 degrees, about 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Cill several hours before serving. Garnish with fruit, if desired. Makes 9-inch cheesecake.
