Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 5 breast, bone and skin removed
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Colby Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    brown rice (1 cup cooked), 1 serving

Directions

Blend all the veges together. Cook the chicken. Add the chicken and rice. Eat it on or tortilla or with chips.
