Introduction

Ingredients

    One box of Pillsbury Sugar -Free Brownie Mix
    1/2 medium banana mashed
    1 large egg
    3 Tbs water

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 or 325 degrees. * See box instructions.

Mash the banana with the egg . Add the water and mix. Stir with a big spoon for 50 strokes.

Put into lightly-greased bake pan and bake 26 to 32 minutes depending on your choice of pans. *See box instructions

I like to make them into 24 mini-muffins and that way I can have two and it is easier to portion out. I bake them in a mini-muffin pan for 22 minutes at 325 degrees.
