Ingredients

    1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    100gr Smoked Salmon cut in bits
    200gr Low Fat Cream Cheese
    100gr Low Fat Cottage Cheese
    50gr low fat mature white cheese, grated
    3 tablespoons spring onions thinly cut
    11 Flour Tortillas, medium (approx 6" dia)

    Additions you might wish to make in the filling:
    50 gr chopped green olives (included in the nutritional info)
    Freshly cut dill

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, cottage cheese, salmon, dill and onion. Spread the mixture onto each tortilla and roll it up.
Leave at least 3h in the refrigerator before you slice each roll-up into 1 inch pieces
