    Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix, 1 pkg.
    Skim Milk, 1 cup
    Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Plain Yogurt, .5 cup (Instead of butter, flavored/fruit yogurt may also be used)
    Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, 1tsp (optional)
    Egg whites, fresh, 3 large (Instead of 2 whole eggs)
    Lemon Juice, 1tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp

Directions

Follow package instructions, subbing out ingredients as noted, bake cake for 30-35 min depending on cake pan.

Serve with fruit, frozen yogurt, nuts, etc.
