Ingredients

One 4.9 oz. package Farmhouse® Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
3/4 cup ham, julienne cut
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/3 cups water
2/3 cup milk
2 cups, 1-inch length, green beans
1 Tablespoon fresh sage, minced
3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.In a large skillet, sauté walnuts in 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine until golden; set aside.
2.In same skillet, heat remaining 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine; sauté ham and garlic until garlic is golden.
3.Add water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to a boil.
4.Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
5.Add green beans* and simmer 7-10 minutes longer.
6.Stir in walnuts, sage, 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
7.Before serving, top with remaining 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
*If green beans are thick; add at the beginning of cook time.
Serving Size: Makes about four 1 & 1/2 cup servings
