Ingredients

    1 1/2 C. Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1 C. Oat Bran
    3 rounded scoops 100% Whey by Muscle Milk
    1/2 C. Cocoa Powder
    2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    3/4 C. Coconut Oil
    1 C. Agave Syrup
    4 Tabl. Ground Flax Seed
    4 Eggs
    3 C. Shredded Zucchini
    1 C. Soy Milk

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Mix Coconut oil and wet incredients with the mixer and then add the dry ingredients to the zucchini mixture. Put in greesed muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20 min.
