Ingredients

    Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce (1/2 cup)

    Garlic, 1 clove
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Crushed Red Paper 1tbsp

    Canola Oil (1-2 tbsp)
    Grilled and chopped Chicken Breast 3 ounce or 100 gm
    All vegitables mix (one bowl)
    Bean sprouts
    Onions
    Broccoli
    peapods
    Water Chestnuts
    Mashrooms, sliced

    Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup

Directions

Heat skillet for 3 min. Add oil.
Add garlic, ginger and crushed red paper. Wait 0.5 min.
Add grilled and chopped chicken.
Add all vegitables and mashrooms.
Cook for 4 min on medium-high heat.
Add szechuan sauce and cook for another 2 min.

Take cooked brown rice in plate and add stir fry on it.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of 1-cup size
