Ingredients

    Biscuit:
    2 cups flour
    1 cup milk
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 tsp baking soda
    1/4 cup crisco

    Frosting:
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    dash vanilla
    dash milk

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in bowl together (except cinnamon and sugar). Cut in crisco. Add milk. Mix until completely blended, adding more flour if necessary for a drier texture.

Turn onto floured surface and kneed for a minute

Roll until 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle half the cinnamon and sugar mixture over dough. Fold in half and rol again. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sugar on dough. Fold in half again. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.

While cooling, mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk to make a thin glaze. Pour glaze over baked biscuits. Cut and serve.
