Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Stir Fry:
    1 lb. Beef Steak, cut into thin strips
    1 Bell Pepper (your color preference), chopped
    7 (80 g) Baby Carrots, chopped
    1/4 (70 g) Medium Onion, diced
    2.25 cups (250 g) Sugar Snap Peas, whole pods, ends removed
    2 large (60 g) Scallions, cut on the diagonal in 1cm pieces
    1 tsp Lime Juice
    2 TBSP Sesame Oil
    1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
    1/4 tsp White Pepper
    2 tsp Five Spice

    Marinade:
    1 TBSP Teriyaki Marinade
    1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
    1.2 tsp Siracha Chili Sauce
    1 tsp Fish Sauce
    1 TBSP Rice Vinegar

Directions

Marinade:
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Combine steak strips and marinade in ziplock bag and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Stir Fry:
Heat 1 TBSP sesame oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrots and stir fry until somewhat soft, about 2 minutes.
Add bell pepper, onion, and sugar snap peas and stir-fry until cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet into a bowl, set aside.
Heat 1 TBSP sesame oil in skillet and add marinated beef strips, cook until almost cooked through.
Add vegetable mix back into skillet and mix.
Add five spice, ground ginger, white pepper, and stir fry about 1 minute.
Finally, add lime juice and scallion and stir fry about 1 minute.

Serve over rice, noodles, or your choice!
