Ingredients

2 boxes Mrs. Cubbison's cornbread stuffing
    4 cups apples (chopped)
    .5 cup butter
    2 cups apple juice
    6 pork chops (.5 in)

To make this a bit healthier you can add more pork chops to make more servings or use only 1 box of dressing and halve the other items like butter, apple juice and apples.

Directions

Lightly salt and pepper pork chops then pan fry pork chops in 2 tablespoons of oil until brown. In a large baking pan add stuffing. Once pork chops are done, remove from pan and add butter, apple juice and apples to pan. When done pour over stuffing and fluff with a fork. Place pork chops on top of stuffing, cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes at 375.
