Introduction

I like Tetrazzini but I like using the smaller pasta so that it seems saucier. I like Tetrazzini but I like using the smaller pasta so that it seems saucier.

Ingredients

    14 oz Farmland Diced Turkey White Meat
    1 can 98% FF Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/3 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    3/4 Cup Skim Milk
    1/4 Cup Sour Cream
    1-1/2 Cup Barilla Piccolini Pasta
    1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
    1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
    Dried Minced Onion (to taste)

Directions

Put Turkey and Minced onion into pan, saute until heated. Meanwhile, cook pasta until done (8 minutes). To the turkey, add the Cream of mushroom soup, the cheese, milk, parsley and black pepper. Simmer until the pasta is done. Add the pasta to the turkey mixture; simmer a few minutes longer.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Genersous servings
