COOK POTATOES AND CARROTS AND PARSNIPS UNTILL SOFT THEN
MASH AND ADD BUTTER
PUT COOKED CHIKEN HAM AND ONION INTO THE MILK IN A SAUCEPAN AND BRING TO BOIL ADD MUSHROOMS AND THICKEN WITH CORNFLOUR. PLACE ALL INGREDIANTS IN CASSOROLE DISH COVER WITH THE POTATO MIX AND A LITTLE GRATED CHEESE COOK IN OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES UNTILL POTATOE IS BROWN SERVE
