Ingredients

    Egg noodles
    Shrimp 1lb
    Olive oil
    Parmesean
    Sun dried tomato's
    Garlic
    Red peper fakes
    Sea Salt

Directions

Rehydrate tomatos in hot water or white wine for several minutes untill soft and plump, then slice into thin strips.

Coursely chop garlic

Put oil in large pan or wok over low heat , add garlic and peper flakes to tast in oid to infuse flavors into the oil. Be carefull not to burn the garlic, you dont want the garlic to change color much, just to soften.

Boil noodles untill almost cooked, pull out while they still have a slight firmness

Increase heat to high over oil and add shrimp and tomatos, heat thru about 3 minutes

Add noodles to oil/shrimp and toss together along with the cheese.

Salt mixture to taste

Serving Size: Makes 10 serrvings of 1 Cup per Serving

    Incredible!
    we didn't have the tomatoes, but we had everything else and followed the recipe. It was very yummy and everyone (including kids) really enjoyed it. - 3/26/21
