    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    2 large red peppers - roasted and skins removed
    1 onion-chopped
    2 galric cloves, crushed and chopped
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 chilli pepper (to taste)
    Salt/pepper to taste
    1 vegetable stock cube


put all ingredients in a large saucepan and add 1/2 pint water and stock cube.

Cook for 20 minutes and blend to smooth consistency. Enjoy as part of lunch/dinner or as a snack
