Ingredients

    1 cup Water
    1/3 cup Instant Dry Milk
    1 cup whole wheat (not flour, but hard whole wheat)
    2 servings egg whites
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    2 Tbsp Honey
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 very ripe banana
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup walnut pieces
    1/2 cup raw spinach
    1/4 cup raw carrot strips

Directions

Add water, dry milk, and whole wheat to blender. Blend on high speed about 3 minutes or until batter is smooth. Add all other ingredients to blender (blending a little as you go) until you have a smooth batter. Pour onto hot griddle.

Serving Size: Makes 12 medium pancakes
