Ingredients

    Steel Cut Oats
    Ground Turkey

Directions

Add 4 cups water and a pinch of salt to oats. Cook over medium heat to desired done-ness.

Sautee Ground Turkey in a skillet with desired spices. Once done, mix in with oats and divide up for a week's worth of breakfast.

Just store in the fridge, and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes to re-heat in the morning. (Or eat cold!)
