Ingredients

    3 medium roma (plum) tomatoes (3/4 lb total), cut into eight slices
    2 (1-oz ea) slices part skim mozzarella cheese, each cut into strips (24 strips in all)
    1/8 tsp Salt Sense
    Pinch of black pepper
    2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp dried basil or 1/4 cup fresh

Directions

Arrange tomatoes and cheese alternatively on plate, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Scatter basil on top.
