Ingredients

    Combine:
    1 cup mashed ripened banana
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    1/2 sugar

    Add to above mixture:
    1 1/2 cups plain flour
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/8 teaspoon salt

    3 Pro Points or Points Plus using all ingredients (excepted bananas as they are free on WW Pro Points/Points Plus). 12 servings (3 pro points or points plus each)


Directions

Spray a loaf pan with low fat cooking spray & lightly flour to line pan. Bake uncovered at 190 C/375 F. If you have a fan assisted oven you will need to cover the pan after first 15 minutes or so and reduce temperature and or cooking time according to oven instructions. Loaf finished when stick comes out clean. All ovens vary, so keep an eye on this cake!
