Ingredients

    1 hass avocado, sliced into chunks
    4 oz crab meat, diced
    2 tbsp red onion, diced
    1 mini babybel cheese, diced
    1 tsp EVOO
    1 lime, juiced
    Half and Half salad mix
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine red onion, EVOO, lime juice, salt and pepper in bowl. Add crab meat and cheese and mix.
Add avocado and mix to incorporate.
Top off with salad mix, and combine.


Serving Size: Makes 1 large salad - or you can split it into 2 servings
