This makes a big batch, 12-15. This makes a big batch, 12-15.

Ingredients

    2 Cans Salmon (not mackerel)
    2 Can Tuna in Water
    1 Egg Beaten
    1/2 Onion chopped
    1/2 Green Pepper Chopped
    bout 1/2 Flour
    bout 1/2 Cornmeal

    cook on both sides until golden brown

Directions


Drain liquid from 1 can of salmon, keep liquid from other.
drain both cans of tuna

clean both cans of salmon (remove skin, and bones)

add salmon and tune to mixing bowl along with egg,flour,onion,pepper,salt and pepper. mix well

put corn meal on a plate.

heat some oil in a skillet.

form a patty out of salmon mix and "roll" in cornmeal.

    What size "2 can" of tuna? What does "1/2 flour" mean? Add salmon and "tune" to mixing bowl? Should these patties be cooked at some point? Did anybody READ this recipe before publishing it? - 10/17/12

    Both ingredients and instructions need to be clarified. Then it might be a decent recipe. - 10/19/12
