Ingredients

    Feta Cheese, 2 oz , crumbled
    Earthbound Farm organic mixed baby greens, 6 oz
    Shrimp-Cooked-Frozen(Publix), 6 oz , thawed
    Seedless Watermelon Diced, 3 cup
    Girards Champagne Dressing Light, 3 tbsp

Directions

Combine greens, shrimp and watermelon and toss with dressing to coat. Sprinkle crumbed feta over and serve.

Serving Size: makes 2 main dish servings of 2 cups each
