Ingredients

    1. Almonds, 1 cup, ground
    2. Gluten Free Oats, 0.5 cup
    3. Banana, fresh, 4 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    4. Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, unpacked
    5. Kirkland Organic Creamy Peanut Butter, 8 tbsp
    6. Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    7. Baking Soda, 1 tsp

Directions

Everything went into my food processer. And I tried to blend all those ingredients together for 5 min. And the mixture was looking and tasting (finger-licking) good!
then I added 1 c (1 generous cup!) of Peanut Butter. Which just upped the delish factor. Blended Again Blended Again Poured the mixture into a bread pan (9 x 5). Garnished with a few banana slices. And baked at 350 F in a Oven for 1 hour. After an hour, I took it out and let the loaf cool. During that hour, I wanted to reach into my oven and devour the whole thing because between the bananas, the vanilla extract, and the peanut butter, it smelled beyond amazing in my house!
