    WW english muffin
    1/4 cup (1 egg) egg beaters egg whites
    1 slice american cheese
    2 slices canadian bacon

Directions

Toast English muffin. Cook egg beaters and heat canadian bacon. Put on English muffin. Put cheese on. (I put the cheese between the egg and meat)
