    Chicken Thigh,
    Salt, 2 dash or you can use Lawry's salt
    1 tsp Salsa inglesa Lizano,
    1 dash Garlic powder, (remove)


Marine the chicken with Lawrys salt, garlic powder and Salsa Lizano ( you can foun it on Latin stores) and let it rest for an hour or over night to better taste. Cook on the grill for 20 mininutes.
