Ingredients

    - 1/2 cup sesame seeds
    - 1/4 cup butter & 1/4 cup olive oil
    - 1.25 cup liquid honey
    - 2 tsp spice of your choice (cinnamon, exotic spice mix, etc)
    - 3 cups blanched unsalted raw almonds
    - 1.5 cup raw unsalted walnuts
    - 2 1/3 cups raisins
    - 1 cup chopped dried apricots

Directions

- line plate with parchment paper
- Place sesame seeds in a shallow dish
- warm butter & oil in a large skillet over low heat. Add honey and seasonings. Add nuts and dried fruit. Mix to combine well. The mixture should be nice and sticky.
- Place nut mixture in food processor and prcess until it all sticks together nicely in a ball.
- Coat hand in oil. When mixture is cool enough to handle shape into 1.5 inch balls.
- Roll each ball in sesame seeds and place on parchment
