Ingredients

    2 salmon filets (4 oz. ea.)
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    2 T honey
    1 T olive oil
    1/4 t garlic powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients except salmon in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon fillets. Cover and cook until salmon is done, about 10 minutes.

    Very Good
    glaze sounds good! I just plan on baking salmon with glaze instead of braising. - 6/11/08
