Ingredients

    6 eggs, beaten, with 1/4 c. low fat milk (or egg beaters)
    .5 cup frozen hash browns, give or take, according to taste
    .33 c. shredded low fat cheese
    5 slices bread buttered lightly on one side
    .5 tube of sausage cooked (use turkey for lower calories)
    4 slices turkey bacon cooked, crumbled

Directions

Brown sausage and bacon, can cut up some onions and green peppers to add to this if desired, or whatever veg you might eat in an omelet. Lightly butter one side of bread and put, buttered side down, in crock pot. Spread meat on top of this. Put hash browns on top of this, cheese on top of the hash browns. Lastly pour egg mixture on top. Cook on low for about 4 hrs.
