Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz dried pasta (penne or farfalle)
    1 cup peeled, sliced cumcumber
    16 Kalmata olives
    Pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
    9 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped
    1 oz feta cheese
    3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil

    Dressing:
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 c lemon juice
    oregano, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

-Boil pasta and drain
-Combine all ingredients except for the dressing
-In a small bowl whisk together olive oil and lemon juice. Add seasonings.
-Drizzle dressing over pasta salad and serve.
