Ingredients

1# pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2" pieces
1# smoked turkey kielbasa, cut into 1/2" pieces
    1 Tblsp. olive oil
    3 medium carrots, chopped
1 lg. onion, cut into wedges
    4 garlic cloves, minced
2 (14 1/2 oz) cans no salt added stewed tomatoes, cut up
    1 can (14 1/2 oz) reduced-sodium chicken broth
    3 tsp. herbes de provence
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
4 cans (15 1/2 oz) great northern beans, rinsed and drained, divided
3/4 C. white wine or additional chicken broth, divided

Directions

In Dutch oven coated with nonstick cooking spray, saute pork and kielbasa in oil until lightly browned; drain. Add the carrots, onion and garlic; saute 4 minutes longer. Stir in the tomatoes, broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Place one can of beans in a food processor (I just mash with a potato masher); add 1/4 C. wine or broth. Cover and process until pureed. Stir into meat mixture. Stir in the remaining beans and wine or broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender.

    Incredible!
Very good! I made it in my Le Creuset and it turned out delicious. My store was out of white cooking wine so I used the chicken broth and it turned out great. Nice variety of flavors. - 11/22/09
