Ingredients

    3 tbsp butter
    2 large appels, peeled,cored, and sliced
    1 larg onion,halved and sliced 1/2 inch thick
    3 tbsp chopped crystllized ginger
    3 tbsp brown suger
    2 tbsp Cider vineger
    4 bonless pork chops 1-inch thick
    2 tbsp Vegetable oli

Directions

in a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. add apples, onion, ginger, brown suger, and vineger; toss to coat. cook over medium heat 10 min or until are glazed and tinder

meanwhile, lightly salt and pepper pork chops to tast. Heat Oil separate skillet over medium heat. Add chops; cook over medium 4 min per side to brown. remove from heat

push apple to sidds of skillet. add chops. cover and cook over medium heat 5 to 7 min or untill chops areno longer pink and juices run clear ( 170 F *)
