    Ground Turkey
    Egg beaters
    bread crumbs
    garlic (fresh or powder)
    italian seasoning or basil, oregano,thyme
    worcestershire sauce
    crushed red pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together ground turkey,egg beaters, bread crumbs, garlic or garlic powder, dried basil, oregano or italian seasoning, worcerstershire sauce, crushed red pepper and salt. On a lightly sprayed sheet pan place individual meatballs. Cook for approximatley 25 minutes. They can be added to spaghetti sauce or served as is. Makes approximatley 28 1 1/2 inch meatballs. But make them to the size you like.
