Ingredients

    Crust
    1 1/2 cups almond flour
    6 Tablespoons light butter - melted

    Filling
    3 eggs
    2 cups chopped pecans - save a few halves to decorate the top of the pie
    1 cup sugar free syrup
    5 Tablespoons Splenda granulated
    3 Tablespoons light butter - melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix almond flour and butter together for crust. Press into 9" pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

Mix together filling ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Arrange pecan halves on top decoratively.

Bake 30-35 minutes, until edges are set and middle is slightly lose. It will firm up as the pie cools.
